What is Coaching?
Through coaching, clients are empowered to break bad habits and exchange them for great habits. Coaching focuses on the client's strengths, skills, and desires in order to help them live their life with fulfillment and purpose. Coaching will explore practical steps and attainable goals to achieve the client's true potential.

My coaching sessions are conducted via Google Meet. That means you can join a session from a laptop, or even your phone. Once you schedule a meeting, an email will be sent with a link to our session. No downloads necessary!

The first session is free, and we will discuss your interest in coaching, whether I am the right coach for you, pricing, and any other questions you may have. The first session usually takes about 30-60 minutes.
